【明報專訊】IN BEIJING Politburo standing committee member Zhang Dejiang (in charge of Hong Kong and Macao affairs) met Hong Kong and Macao members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) attending a CPPCC session there. At their informal discussion, Peter Lee, a CPPCC standing committee member, made a speech in which he criticised by name Director of Public Opinion Programme (POP) at the University of Hong Kong Dr Robert Chung.
