【明報專訊】WASTE DISPOSAL has always been a serious problem in Hong Kong. The government must tackle the problem with determination, or Hong Kong will literally be overwhelmed with rubbish. The Environment Bureau has set a goal of reducing food waste, which is a positive step forward, and the government is planning to build five to six organic waste treatment facilities in the next 10 years.
