【明報專訊】COMMERCIAL RADIO (CR) has sacked public affairs programme host Li Wei-ling. It is arbitrarily that it has done so, and it is unclear why it has done so. Judging from what has so far emerged, one may say her dismissal is anomalous. CR is not just another private business. It uses the airwaves, and what it does has to do with the public interest. It must and ought to give the public an explanation so that citizens can judge if her dismissal is justified.
