【明報專訊】THE FIRST PERSON that has been definitively diagnosed in Hong Kong as having H7N9 bird flu is an Indonesian domestic helper. Judging from the government's response, the lessons learned ten years ago when SARS caused havoc in Hong Kong have proved very useful. The appropriate mechanism has been activated. All is being done orderly. This demonstrates Hong Kong's maturity in dealing with emergencies.
