【明報專訊】THE THIRD PLENUM of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) has closed. At it the CPC Central Committee Decision concerning Some Major Issues in Comprehensively Deepening Reform was adopted. Its substance is not included in the communiqué of the session. Nevertheless, it seems evident that, in the Xi-Li era, efforts will mainly be devoted to economic restructuring and system institution.
