【明報專訊】AN EDITION of Scoop, a Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) variety programme, is about the free-to-air television (TV) licence affair. It is in its tone supportive of the government. As the government's decision is favourable to TVB and Asia Television Limited (ATV) and TVB once applied for judicial review in an attempt to stop the government from issuing new licences, TVB is clearly caught up in a conflict of interests and roles in the matter. By last night, over 20,000 citizens had complained to the Communications Authority about it.
