【明報專訊】OUR REPORTERS have discovered from admission records of the University of Hong Kong (HKU), the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology that non-JUPAS (Joint University Programmes Admissions System) applicants account for over 20% of many of their departments' 2013-14 intakes. The ratio is even higher in their top departments (such as medicine). Students who take local programmes are likely to be squeezed out.
