【明報專訊】THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (Exco) has decided that two new free TV licences be issued, one to PCCW's Hong Kong Television Entertainment Company (HKTVE) and the other to i-Cable's Fantastic TV. Exco has rejected Hong Kong Television Network's (HKTV's) application, much to many people's surprise.
