【明報專訊】THE Long-Term Housing Strategy Steering Committee's consultation document, which has been greeted almost unanimously with boos, is the first plan the Leung Chun-ying government has developed with respect to housing supply. The committee's proposals are really disappointing, so much so that the Leung government's ability to solve the housing problem is called into question.
