【明報專訊】NEXT Tuesday director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government (LOCPG) Zhang Xiaoming, together with some of his colleagues, is to have lunch with all the members of the Legislative Council (Legco) on an invitation. Legco president Jasper Tsang has called the ice-breaking luncheon a social function for no particular purpose, apparently to avoid raising excessive hope. However, Mr Zhang being what he is, it is hard to believe his visit would be purely a social activity and nothing else.
