【明報專訊】WITH the government's establishment of a hotline to help Hong Kong parents order baby milk formula and its planned amendment of the relevant regulations to prevent people from leaving Hong Kong with more than two cans of the commodity, the shortage of baby formula has temporarily been alleviated. However, if the government is unable to identify the real causes of the shortage, the problem may arise again.
