【明報專訊】THE MEMBERSHIP LIST of the next National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is to be announced in a few days. Many would like to know if former Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen's name will be on the list. For, in view of his political seniority, his becoming a member of the CPPCC National Committee will very probably mean that, with the central government's help, he will be elected as a vice-chairman of the CPPCC National Committee in March, when the incumbent National People's Congress and the CPPCC finish their terms of office.
