【明報專訊】WITH REFERENCE TO the over-admission of students by Lingnan University's self-financing Community College (LUCC) and Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE), the university's investigation team, it is said, has completed almost all its work, and in its report is to put the blame on certain individuals' unrealistic desire for achievement and the university management's failure to take proper remedial action.
