【明報專訊】WITH RESPECT TO the illegal structures at Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying's home on the Peak, it remains to be seen how - or if - Leung is going to answer the public's queries. At the same time, the Buildings Department must as soon as possible give the public an account of what it has done in connection with the illegal structures. To show that it is fair and impartial in enforcing the law, the department must let facts speak. Only then will the public continue to place its confidence in the government.
