【明報專訊】DEFEATED CHIEF EXECUTIVE CANDIDATE Albert Ho Chun-yan and League of Social Democrats lawmaker Leung Kwok-hung earlier applied to the Court of Final Appeal for leave to appeal against an earlier verdict preventing them from making an election petition to overturn the results of the Chief Executive election on the grounds that Leung Chun-ying had during his election campaign misled members of the election committee with false statements. The Court of Final Appeal yesterday dismissed their application, bringing to an end the legal battle over the election results. Leung should now give the public a complete account of the unauthorised building works at his residence on the peak.
