【明報專訊】THE China Model National Conditions Teaching Manual published with a subsidy from the Education Bureau by the National Education Services Centre (NESC) is found to be biased in several parts even by the Secretary for Education Eddie Ng Hak-kim. At the same time, the way the Education Bureau supervises the teaching of the Moral and National Education subject in schools is not quite right.
