【明報專訊】LAM Woon-kwong's dual capacity as Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) chairman and Executive Council convener is seen by some organisations and individuals as constituting a role conflict. After listening to and carefully considering the opinions of different parties, he has decided to continue to serve in both capacities, declaring at the same time that he will not seek reappointment as EOC chairman when his current term ends in January.
