【明報專訊】AMIDST all the political turmoil in Hong Kong, the SAR government has always had difficulty in administration, and this can be attributed largely to the lack of dialogue between the central government and the pro-democracy camp. In an interview with Ming Pao, president of the Legislative Council Jasper Tsang Yok-sing suggested that, in preparing for the election of the Chief Executive by universal suffrage, the central government should take the initiative in holding out an olive branch to the pro-democracy camp. We believe Tsang's suggestion can help solve Hong Kong's political dilemma effectively, and the central government should consider it favourably.
