【明報專訊】LEGISLATIVE Council chairman Jasper Tsang Yok-sing has announced his decision not to run for the Chief Executive election. He said he had no sooner indicated he would seriously consider running for Chief Executive, than someone threatened to collect his "black materials", and he saw in this "the ugly aspect of a political election". It seems that Tsang notices only the negative but not positive effects of an election candidate being exposed for actions that may raise questions about his personal integrity and credibility.
