【明報專訊】THE news that Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen, availing himself of a tycoon's hospitality, stayed on a luxury yacht during his visit to Macau has been followed by another piece of news: He once accepted another tycoon's hospitality and took a luxury private jet to Thailand for pleasure. Tsang admitted the truth of these reports, explaining that, where there is no conflict of interest, he may accept friends' invitations, but will pay all the travelling expenses at market price. Tsang's "proper way of accepting hospitable treatment" is highly questionable.
