【明報專訊】WHEN Donald Tsang was on duty visit in Beijing in 2005 and 2009, central government leaders talked about "deep-rooted contradictions" in Hong Kong. In 2010 they told him to "make earnest efforts to deal with sharp contradictions of socio-economic development". Last week he was in Beijing on his last duty visit. Premier Wen Jiabao made no mention of "deep-rooted contradictions". The Premier was full of praise for the SAR government's performance, as was President Hu Jintao.
