【明報專訊】THE GOVERNMENT is keen on having more private universities in Hong Kong. The School of Professional and Continuous Education of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) has decided to set up a private university, which would be called Centennial College. However, according to the report on a financial study HKU has commissioned an independent consultancy to conduct, it is doubtful that the plan is viable unless the new institution gets huge donations or has huge classes.
