【明報專訊】THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT said The Shrine, a private columbarium in Ngau Tam Mei, Yuen Long, was in breach of regulations. The Shrine challenged the decision in a judicial review. Yesterday the Court of First Instance found against The Shrine. That shows the authorities have achieved some results in dealing with the columbarium problem.
