【明報專訊】CHIEF EXECUTIVE (CE) selection is now the talk of the town. Some commentators have suggested that Beijing considers it important for the new CE to be acceptable to big business and the civil service, and tycoons and civil servants hope the new leader will have few ideas of his own. Others have said the CE need not be very capable and he is a good CE who can, like Ronald Reagan, puts together a capable team.
