【明報專訊】SINCE the government implemented the first phase of the Environmental Levy Scheme on Plastic Bags (the Levy Scheme), 3,000 retailers have distributed markedly fewer plastic shopping bags (PSBs). The Scheme has produced remarkable results. The government is planning to extend it to 60,000 retailers in the territory.
