【明報專訊】The Conspirator (《驚殺大陰謀》) tells a compelling story and may be one of your most unforgettable movies. Some of us Asian moviegoers may know little about the movie's backdrop - the American Civil War and the assassination of Abraham Lincoln (美國前總統林肯). For both history and non-history lovers, however, this production by Robert Redford, through presenting to us the true events that followed the first presidential assassination in the US, is really a human drama, raising thought-provoking questions.
