【明報專訊】THE CONSULTATION PAPER on charities the Law Reform Commission (LRC) has released includes a number of recommendations concerning their organisation and the law framework in which they should operate. They pertain to what has happened at charitable fund-raising activities in recent years. They are the right remedies and would go a long way towards regulating charities in the territory - deterring malpractices and fostering true charitable work.
