【明報專訊】IN 2007 Donald Tsang (who is now Chief Executive (CE)) and Alan Leong raced against each other for the office of CE. The Election Committee vote took place on March 26. If the next CE vote takes place next March, it will be about ten months before the next CE is selected. However, as yet none have indicated their intention to stand for CE. Every one of those whom everybody knows to be CE aspirants "half-hides his or her face behind a pipa still". This is quite puzzling.
