【明報專訊】Chief Secretary for Administration Henry Tang Yin-yen (政務司司長唐英年), who is likely to stand for Chief Executive (CE), has recently been quite active. In an interview, he said he would not use the word hegemony (霸權) in describing the situation in Hong Kong now. He said he would rather say Hong Kong offered people free and open opportunities to create their universes and realise their dreams.
