【明報專訊】IN a consultation document it issued last week, the Education Bureau (EDB) proposes that "moral and national education" be made a subject in primary schools and secondary schools respectively in 2012 and 2013. In teaching the subject, teachers should appeal to students' sentiment and frequently use "events of life" (such as "speeches under the national flag", "cheering the national team up" and even the World Expo and natural disasters) to encourage them to think for themselves.
