【明報專訊】IN an investigation report the Ombudsman criticises the government for failing to deal with unauthorised building works (UBW) in New Territories exempted houses (NTEHs). The situation is getting worse and worse. Clearly, UBW have proliferated because the government has slackened its regulation.
