【明報專訊】THE DAY before yesterday, Haruki Madarame, a member of the Nuclear Safety Commission of Japan, said that, shortly after the crisis at the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) had begun, massive radiation (converted to the amount equivalent to 131-Iodine) exceeding several tens of thousands of tera-becquerel persisted several hours, and that corresponded to Level 7 on the International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale.
