【明報專訊】Head of the Central Policy Unit Lau Siu-kai (中央政策組首席顧問劉兆佳) has admitted he used the phrase "critical point (臨界點)" when he talked about the situation in the HKSAR. The top adviser to the government denied saying so several times last week. He subsequently explained he did not remember he had used it.
