【明報專訊】NO SOONER had an earthquake and a tsunami hit Japan than accidents happened at four nuclear power plants in the country - Fukushima I, Fukushima II, Onagawa and Tokai. Those at the last three have reportedly been dealt with. However, at Fukushima I, three of its four reactors have exploded and the other has been on fire.
