【明報專訊】IN HONG KONG, many public hospital doctors are going into private practice. As a result, its public hospitals are increasingly short-staffed. According to a Hospital Authority document, its hospitals would on average lack 33 doctors a year between 2010 and 2016 - or a tenth of the number of doctors they need.
