【明報專訊】THE GOVERNMENT'S interim funding allocation motion was defeated in the Legislative Council (Legco). Chief Executive Donald Tsang and Financial Secretary John Tsang place the blame squarely on pan-democratic Legco members. That shows the government is incapable of self-examination. Furthermore, there is a suspicion that they turned a blind eye to the reality and tried to cause unnecessary fear when they talked about the impact of the affair.
