【明報專訊】FLATS are in short supply in Hong Kong. The arrangements related to land supply the 2011-12 Budget mentions will not go a long way towards preventing property prices from soaring in the short term or straightening the property market out in the mid or long term. Citizens are already so resentful about the property market that we fear they may have come to doubt the government's sincerity and integrity. The property market is such that what may destabilise Hong Kong is increasing. Of this the Tsang administration must not be careless.
