Clem@RubberBand's Blog﹕Film Scores
文章日期:2011年1月26日

【明報專訊】Film scores have always been one of my key interests in music. I discovered John Williams' Star Wars when I was around ten, and although I had no clue what it was all about, I remembered being particularly fond of the Darth Vader theme. At college, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study music and film scoring. Different film genres call for different styles of writing, but my favourite has got to be cinematic orchestral (管弦樂的) music composing. I think orchestral music has the power to manipulate (操縱) an audience's emotions. For the composer, hearing his own music in a movie theatre or being broadcast on television is an immensely gratifying experience.
