【明報專訊】THE WAY some developers sell their units harms homebuyers' interests. The government now regulates the sale of firsthand uncompleted flats through the Real Estate Developers Association (REDA). However, flats of The Icon (a luxury redevelopment in Western Mid-Level) fall far short of their specifications. Clearly, self-policing does not ensure all homebuyers get fair deals.
