【明報專訊】ANDY TSANG has officially taken charge of the police. Over the past few days many have commented on the new Commissioner of Police's (CP's) ways of looking at and doing things. Police officers have been quoted as saying as if by agreement that he is a hawk of the force and even that he is the hawk of hawks.
