【明報專訊】As a rule, the Chief Executive gives the public a festive message just before Christmas. In 2010, Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen (特首曾蔭權) did that in a brand new way. He jammed a song called Rap Now 2010 with US-born rapper and Hong Kong celebrity MC Jin. The song was posted on the CE's Office's official YouTube page in mid-December, 2010.
