【明報專訊】IT is about two months since Wang Guangya took over from Liao Hui as Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office (HKMAO) of the State Council. His style is obviously different from his predecessor's. Information on the meetings he has had with Hong Kong people has been put on the HKMAO's website. He does not regard his utterances as precious as gold. He readily answers press questions and expresses his views. His openness is commendable.
