【明報專訊】A taxi driver who habitually took ketamine was found guilty to two counts of driving under the influence of drugs. A magistrate only sentenced him to one year in jail and disqualified him from driving for two years. Thinking the sentence excessively light, the Secretary for Justice sought a review. Yesterday the Court of Appeal lengthened his jail term. Nevertheless, he may speed along the road in three years.
