【明報專訊】CRISP snacks are many people's, especially youngsters' and children's, favourite. The Consumer Council (CC) and the Centre for Food Safety (CFS) have tested ninety baked or fried snacks available in the local market. Most of them have been found to contain acrylamide, a carcinogen.
