【明報專訊】ACORDING TO a report Commissioner on Interception of Communications and Surveillance Mr Justice Woo Kwok-hing tabled last week, in 2009, there were two cases of law enforcement agencies (LEAs) intercepting communications between journalists and their sources. They are the first that have arisen since the Interception of Communications and Surveillance Ordinance (ICSO) came into force. It restricts the freedom of the press for any LEA to identify any journalist's source.
