【明報專訊】HONG KONG'S mass transit railway system is gigantic and complex. Accidents inevitably happen. The problem is that the MTR Corp's contingency measures to help commuters affected by accidents (like that which happened at Yau Ma Tei Station yesterday) are chaotic and disorderly. That is quite out of keeping with the image of the MTR Corp, which prides itself on its good management.
