【明報專訊】YESTERDAY Chief Executive Donald Tsang said in a phone-in radio programme the government was a little to blame for the situation the property market was in. This can be read as an admission that the SAR government (which he heads) has made mistakes in handling matters concerning the property market. However, we are concerned whether the Tsang administration will misjudge the drastic changes that are occurring in the global economic climate.
