However, the housing situation will remain largely unchanged. Housing will remain in short supply. The CE has refused to revive the Home Ownership Scheme (HOS). He has instead come up with what is called the My Home Purchase Plan. At least four years will elapse before the first batch of such flats can be available. The Plan is too slow to meet the urgency. To citizens' expectations, it is just what a drop of water, not even what a cup, is to a blazing cartload of faggots. It will not help matters.
