【明報專訊】LAST evening, the bodies of those killed in the hostage tragedy in the Philippines returned to safety in Hong Kong, their home. It is living people's natural duty to let the deceased rest in peace. Furthermore, the government should not only look after those injured in the tragedy and the six broken families but also consider how to help citizens to put their grief behind them. In particular, it should see that Filipino domestic helpers will not be scapegoated for the Filipino police's ineffectiveness.
