【明報專訊】THIS year Cable TV Hong Kong (HKCTV) has regained the right to broadcast English Premier League (EPL) matches. The new EPL season opened last Saturday. However, many fans are unhappy with HKCTV. As it has spent big money to get the right back, it is beyond criticism for it to charge its viewers fees for profit. However, its sales tactics are quite questionable.
